Forms & Inductions

• Improved Forms, inductions and permits open natively. Filling in permits, inductions and check-in questionnaires happens inside the app rather than in a browser window, so it is faster and more consistent.
• New Audits redesigned, with a live on-site view for admins. A clearer layout for starting an audit, viewing submissions and reporting, and a live timeline showing who is on site for admins.
• New Failed audit items create a follow-up action. When an inspection item fails, the app creates a follow-up action pre-filled with the note, criticality and photos.
• Improved Induction videos play inline. Video content in inductions and forms plays inside the form instead of a separate player.

Login & Registration

• New Sign in with a mobile number or an emailed code. Sign in or register with an NZ mobile number or a one-time emailed code, choose your preferred method in Settings, add an email to a phone-only account, and see matching companies while registering. New companies verify by emailed code with spam protection.

Permits & Jobs

• New Jobs track status through to close-out. Each job shows its progress through its lifecycle. Home flags a job still needing close-out when you check out, the Jobs page highlights outstanding requirements, you can jump between a job's requirements, and a notifications tab collects job and permit alerts.
• Improved Redesigned permit list and contractor close-out. The permit list has clearer status and filtering, and contractors complete their close-out directly in the app.

Site Information & Hazards

• New Hazardous substances register on site. View a site's hazardous substances register, with an offline copy so it stays available without signal.
• Improved Standard hazard types and a better document viewer. Hazards use one standard set of types across screens, and documents open in one shared viewer with rotation.

Check-in & Presence

• Improved Check-in and QR scans more reliable. Time-on-site selections are kept when there is no signal, and a QR scan checks with the server and shows what is already on file before opening a form.
• Improved Background location more reliable. The background-location library was upgraded ahead of Google Play's geofencing policy change, with adjusted battery-optimisation prompts and fewer background notifications.

Maps

• New Site maps with custom markers and contacts. Site maps show custom markers and let you see site contacts.
