Kiosk v3: incident reporting, per-kiosk sign-in, Bluetooth printing and a new look.
Incident Reporting
- New Report an incident from the kiosk. Anyone at the kiosk can report an incident on the spot, including who was involved, without the app or the portal.
Kiosk Setup, Auth & Admin
- New Kiosks sign in with their own account. Each kiosk signs in with its own Forsite account and stays signed in across restarts, tightening security.
Label Printing
- New Bluetooth label printing. The native tablet kiosk prints visitor labels to a Brother printer over Bluetooth as well as WiFi.
Display & UI
- New On-screen keyboard. A built-in on-screen keyboard makes typing on a wall-mounted tablet easier.
- Improved Site imagery on kiosk screens. Kiosk screens show a background image and imagery for the site.
Visitor Check-in & Sign-out
- Improved Clearer site hazards at check-in. The hazard notice shown during check-in was rebuilt for a tablet.
- Improved Redesigned sign-out screen. The sign-out screen was rebuilt and signing out made more dependable.
Staff Notifications
- New Staff email notifications from kiosk sign-ins. Nominated staff receive an email when someone signs in at the kiosk.
