Risk Management

• New Hazard registers for your organisation. Record and manage hazards that apply across your organisation, alongside each site's own hazard register.

Incidents

• Improved Rebuilt incident log and incident details. The incident log and the incident page were rebuilt so you can see and record more about each incident in one place.

Tasks & Actions

• New Tasks with a task overlay, including internal tasks. Tasks assigned to you are listed in one place with alerts, and open in an overlay without leaving the page. Your own team can raise internal tasks too.

Notifications & Emails

• Improved Notifications reworked. The notifications area was reworked to sit alongside the new task overlay.

Sites & Zones

• New Site settings. Each site has its own settings area for the people who manage it.

Teams & Permissions

• New Team member management. Manage the members of your company from a dedicated team members page.
• Improved Incidents and hazards limited to your sites. People only see incidents and hazards for the sites they are assigned to.

Reports & Analytics

• New Timesheet report and check-in summary. Report a service provider's timesheets over a date range, and see a summary of who has checked in on each site page.

Permits

• Improved Linked forms shown on permits. Forms linked to a permit now show on the permits page.
