- New Company onboarding. Service providers are onboarded through a structured process, with their details and compliance documents collected and reviewed in the portal.
Login, Security & SSO
- New Single sign-on. Sign in with your organisation's single sign-on account and stay signed in for longer. First rolled out for an enterprise university customer.
- New Register for an account yourself. New users can register for a portal account instead of waiting to be set up.
Service Providers & Sub-contractors
- New Company ratings, first version. Rate the companies you work with.
- Improved Add a service provider from the panel. Add a provider without leaving the page, with more compact tiles.
Sites & Zones
- New Tenant companies on sites. A site can record the companies that occupy it, and a tenant company gets a view of its sites and the incidents raised there.
Forms & Templates
- New Form modules for people and dates. Forms can include a people picker and start and end dates.
