A patch release focused on onboarding clarity and sharing company documents between companies.
Company Onboarding & Prequalification
- Improved Onboarding expiry, hidden categories and rejection notes. Expired documents carry a status and flag, onboarding categories you do not ask for are hidden, and a rejection now records a note.
Service Providers & Sub-contractors
- New Induction reports and a site access page for service providers. An induction report shows who has completed what, and each provider has a site access page.
Documents
- Improved Company documents overhauled, with sharing. Company Documents was rebuilt, and access to a document can be shared with, and revoked from, another company.
Login, Security & SSO
- Improved Longer window to use a temporary password. New users have longer to sign in with their temporary password before it expires.
Performance & Reliability
- Improved Pages with maps load sooner. Maps load after the rest of the page, so those screens appear more quickly.
