Forsite 2.2.6 introduced work orders and filters across sites and the timeline.
Work Orders, Jobs & Scheduled Works
- New Work orders. A Work Orders page, create a work order, an email-based integration to your existing work order system, and a service provider view to manage work orders and assign their people to permits and work orders.
Permits
- Improved Permit requests enhanced. Attach documentation to a permit request, service providers can assign a primary permit holder, reviewers can send a permit on for review, and decline notes are recorded. Closed is renamed Archived and completed permits move to their own tab.
Tasks & Actions
- Improved Tasks get their own page. In-portal tasks have a dedicated page with a redesigned layout.
Sites & Zones
- New Filters on the Sites page and the timeline, with a timeline key. Filter the sites list and the live timeline, with a key explaining the timeline.
- New Active and inactive sites. Mark a site inactive so old sites stop cluttering your lists.
Reports & Analytics
- Improved Induction and overview reporting. A new induction report shows who has completed their inductions, alongside an updated overview report.
