Sites & Zones
- New Zones and subzones. Split a site into zones and subzones, each with a zone type, and link hazards and incidents to the zone they belong to.
Incidents
- New Report incidents in the portal, with an incident log. Report an incident from the portal and review incidents in a log with a risks tab.
Risk Management
- New Bulk hazard import. Import a list of hazards in one go instead of adding them one at a time.
Forms & Templates
- New Copy a form or induction template. Clone an existing template and edit the copy.
- Improved Form Builder sections and editable conditions. Forms can be organised into sections, and status-based visibility rules can be edited after the fact.
Service Providers & Sub-contractors
- New Teams for service providers, assignable to sites. Service provider companies can organise their people into teams and assign a team to a site.
- New Key contacts on service providers, copied on emails. Nominate key contacts for a service provider, and portal emails can copy them in.
Company Onboarding & Prequalification
- New Onboarding reminder emails. Companies part-way through onboarding are reminded automatically.
Teams & Permissions
- Improved Site manager role retired. Site-level access is handled through teams and permissions rather than a separate site manager role.
Permits
- Improved Permit emails. Permit activity now sends email updates.
