Service providers could now complete permits and inductions in the portal, and every form could be printed to PDF.
Permits
- New Complete permits and inductions in the portal. Service providers can complete inductions and permits from the portal as well as the app, and a permit can be completed on behalf of a contractor.
- New Permit completion and closure steps. Permits carry completion sections so closing a permit out is captured on the permit itself, for app and portal users.
Inductions
- New Company inductions. A new Company Induction form type, so an induction can be set at company level as well as per site.
Sites & Zones
- New Document Library for each site. A Document Library page under each site.
Forms & Templates
- New Print any form to PDF. Every form can be printed or saved as a PDF.
- Improved Form Builder: drafts, JSON editor and autofill. Save draft templates, edit advanced templates as JSON, let admins change a submitted document, autofill the user's details, and keep the submit button pinned to the bottom of the screen.
