Audits
- New Audits. Build audit forms with pass and fail thresholds, assign them to sites and people with quotas, complete an audit in the portal, and track results on an audit dashboard.
Work Orders, Jobs & Scheduled Works
- New Work order calendar and acknowledgements. Work orders and jobs appear on a calendar with a colour legend, dates can be changed directly, work orders can be acknowledged and reviewed, and creating and assigning jobs was rebuilt.
Service Providers & Sub-contractors
- New Company ratings and reviews. Leave a star rating and a written review for a company you work with, and see summary statistics for each one.
Sites & Zones
- New Portfolios. Group sites into portfolios, with finer team permissions over what each team can see and do.
Teams & Permissions
- Improved Invitations choose site access. Choose the sites a person gets when you invite them, and the service provider invitation email lists the sites.
Notifications & Emails
- New Permit and work order request emails. A permit request and a work order request now send an email to the right people.
Forms & Templates
- New Zone hazard register and roof plan modules for permits. Permit forms can include a zone hazard register and a roof plan.
Permits
- Improved Override In Review restrictions on permits. A new permission level lets a nominated person act on a permit while it is in review.
Performance & Reliability
- Improved Faster Sites and Document Management pages. The Sites page and Document Management load faster, and documents gain a filter sidebar and clearer status labels.
Inductions
- Improved Edit inductions after creation. An induction can be updated once created, and onboarding screens show status and progress more clearly.
