Getting a new site running got quicker, and the service provider portal was redesigned.
Sites & Zones
- New Guided site set-up. Set-up guides walk you through configuring a new site, you can start from a set-up template, and a progress bar shows what is left.
- New Site information questionnaires. Gather site information through questionnaires, choosing which questionnaire applies to a site.
- New Site contacts. A Site Contacts page, primary and secondary contacts per site, and assigning a user to a site during site creation.
Service Providers & Sub-contractors
- Improved Service provider portal redesigned. The service provider portal was redesigned. Company pages gain better key contact and invite handling, new contact types, and pending users surfaced.
Audits
- New Complete audits in the portal and raise actions from findings. View and complete audits in the portal, and turn audit findings into actions so follow-up work is tracked.
Teams & Permissions
- New Contractor status badges. A badge for people migrated to Forsite 2.0, and an inactive status for contractors with no activity in 12 months.
- Improved Team members by site and induction status. View team members sorted by site, see company induction status on the team members page, and assign existing contractors to teams.
Admin & Settings
- New Feature toggles per company. Features can be switched on or off for a company.
Incidents
- Improved Incident notifications open the incident. An incident notification takes you straight to the incident.
