The live timeline was rebuilt on a new session engine, and incident routing became configurable.

- Improved Live timeline rebuilt. On-site sessions are now built from location events by a new rules engine, giving a cleaner and more consistent picture of who is on site.
Permits
- Improved Work orders on permits, from the app too. Attach a work order directly to a permit, and the jobs system now works from the mobile app as well as the portal.
Login, Security & SSO
- New Single sign-on only companies. A company can require its users to sign in with single sign-on only, removing the email and password option.
Lone Worker
- Improved Lone worker sessions close automatically. Lone worker check-in sessions close after a set time, escalation runs on push notifications every minute, and the feature can be switched off for a company.
Incidents
- New Incident rules for assignment and notifications. Configurable rules decide who an incident is assigned to and who is notified.
Registers
- Improved Assigning people in the keys register. An improved user selection list when assigning a team member in the keys register.
