Risk Management

• New Company-wide risk register. One company risk register that sites inherit from automatically, with the option to override a hazard at site level. Replaces the company hazards page.
• New Controls Library import and propagation. Import controls from a file, apply a control to several hazards at once, and have edits update everywhere the control is used.
• New Critical risk controls and worker consultation. Track critical risk controls with verification records and an overdue summary, and record worker consultation on a hazard.

Audits

• New Audit reporting dashboard. Audit progress measured from site creation, across your sites.

Compliance Reminders & Expiry

• New Compliance reminders for expiring insurance. A compliance reminders page and email alerts before insurance certificates expire.

Incidents

• New Expanded incident reporting and permissions. Emails on report and status change, root cause worksheets with hazard acknowledgement, a location picker, a closed report view, per-step workflow permissions and a secondary reviewer.

Work Orders, Jobs & Scheduled Works

• New Scheduled works dashboard. Scheduled works gain an in-progress state and dashboard panels.

Company Onboarding & Prequalification

• Improved Clearer onboarding progress and client uploads. Requirement descriptions stay open while editing, the progress bar separates questionnaire, expired document and geofence stages, and an inbox shows documents your clients upload on your behalf.

Permits

• Improved Permit emails and induction status. Permit status emails reach the right supplier key contacts, permits show a person's induction status, and permits are labelled on the calendar.

Sites & Zones

• Improved Site overview phone numbers and beacon zones. Contractor phone numbers on the site overview, zones that track presence with a beacon, and a toggle for site information visibility in the app.

Service Providers & Sub-contractors

• Improved Default access for service providers and teams. Company administrators default to an all-suppliers view, and new service provider teams get sensible document access for the Contractor role.
