Company Onboarding & Prequalification

• New Self-serve signup for new companies. A new company can sign itself up by finding its company and completing an onboarding wizard, with plans, licensing and billing handled in the portal.

Advisor & AI

• New Forsite Advisor guided set-up. A guided tour walks new users through account set-up, with a progress sidebar showing what is left.

Sites & Zones

• New Site Profile for every site. One overview page per site with tabs for Today, Monthly, Alerts and Critical, Permits and Jobs, Calendar, Compliance and Trends, with provider attendance drill-down and risk levels on zones.
• Improved Portfolio dashboard rebuilt. A command centre with tabs, presence counts, a clearer view of inactive sites, and a billing breakdown by entity.

Documents

• New Company Documents page with folders and visibility. A dedicated space for your own documents in Own, Outbound and Inbound tabs. Choose who sees each document, file documents into folders by drag and drop, and share to hundreds of providers through one picker.

Incidents

• Improved Incident Log reporting overhaul. A filter bar across type, severity, status, injury, sub-type, site and worker type, new charts, seasonal and year-on-year views, and colours that match the severity pills.
• Improved Clearer incident review with PDF at any stage. Each review section shows not started, in progress or completed, and a PDF preview can be exported before an incident is closed.

Risk Management

• Improved Incident involvement on controls and hazards. The Controls Library shows how often a control was reviewed against incidents, hazard registers show an involvement badge, and hazard reporting is redesigned as a single Risk Pulse band.

Admin & Settings

• New Custom key-contact labels. Define your own key-contact labels, such as H&S Lead, alongside the standard options.

Timeline & Live Activity

• New Monthly attendance log with CSV export. Drill into a site's attendance by day or export it as a CSV file.

Forms & Templates

• Improved Rich text and image uploads in the template builder. A full rich text editor for paragraph sections, including pasting from Word, and direct photo upload for image sections.

Compliance Reminders & Expiry

• Improved Act on compliance reminders. Service providers can remedy an expiring insurance or certification reminder from the reminders page, and site set-up and site health show together.

Notifications & Emails

• Improved Redesigned notification centre. A new layout and colours, toast alerts, click anywhere on a notification to open it, and notifications for job requirement changes.
