Risk Management
- Improved Risk and hazard registers redesigned. Site, company-wide and critical hazard registers get a grid layout, a guided hazard entry wizard, and short tours introducing the changes.
- Improved Risk profile reports at board level. The company risk profile shows the direction and concentration of hazards over time as well as the totals.
Permits
- Improved Permits and forms on a new renderer, with Work Details. Clearer stage steps and status badges, a Work Details section on permits with version history, and clearer void, archive and complete-again options.
Incidents
- New Service providers report incidents themselves. Contractors and service providers submit their own incident reports in the portal.
- Improved Incident report builder and review. The incident form builder uses the same editor as other templates, locked steps explain why, evidence photos open full size, and the site incident log gains the company log's filters and trend charts.
Tasks & Actions
- Improved Corrective actions redesigned. Corrective actions open in their own view with a clear checklist, with simpler access for company members.
Sites & Zones
- New Zone QR codes created automatically. A QR code is generated for each zone when it is created, ready to download.
Forms & Templates
- New Zone Hazards module in the template builder. Add a Zone Hazards section scoped to a zone, and manage templates from one register with row-by-row quotas.
Company Onboarding & Prequalification
- Improved Onboarding key contacts and better-targeted reminders. Onboarding pages show key contacts and client notes, send an email on approval, warn about unanswered questions before submission, and stop reminding suppliers who have already submitted or been approved.
Notifications & Emails
- New Permit review and incident emails, site access alerts. Emails when a permit review is overdue and for incident updates, and an in-app alert when site access changes.
Timeline & Live Activity
- New Filter the incident log and timeline by portfolio. Filter by one or more portfolios to see across your sites without going site by site.
