Overview
Add a Service Provider to your company, assign site access at creation, and automatically invite them to the Forsite Portal to complete onboarding.
Steps
- Open Companies
- Go to Companies (Service Providers landing page).
- Click [+ Add Service Provider]
- Search first
- Use Search by company name.
- If the provider exists, select it (no duplicate needed).
- Create a new provider (if not found)
- Click + Create Service Provider
- In Create Service Provider:
- Enter Company name (required).
- Choose Sites (multi-select or Check for all). (This assigns site access on creation.)
- (Optional) Enter address (Unit, Number, Street, Suburb, City, Post Code) and select Country (required).
- Enter Company contact details: First Name, Last Name, Email Address, Phone Number (all required).
- Click Continue. An automated email is sent to the contact. (The sender will be CC’d.)
- Follow-ups (optional)
- On Companies, you can Select one or more providers and click Send Reminder Email, then choose a preset.
- For custom templates, contact customersupport@getforsite.com.

Can I assign sites later?
Yes — you can manage site access under Companies → [Provider] → Site Access.
