Overview

If you work for more than one company, you can switch your active employer so your site list matches the company you’re working under.

Steps (in the app)

1. Open the app to the Home screen.
2. At the top of the screen, find your current active company.
3. Tap the company name.
   • A dropdown opens with the employers linked to your account.
4. Select your active company from the list.
5. The app refreshes your site list to match the sites that company can see.

Troubleshooting

• I can’t see another company in the dropdown
  • Your account may not be linked to that employer yet. Ask your company admin to add you.
• I selected the wrong company
  • Repeat the steps and choose the correct active company.
• My sites didn’t update
  • Pull to refresh or close and reopen the app. If still wrong, confirm you’re assigned to sites for that employer.
