Register for the Forsite Contractor App and get your login set up.

Steps

1. Download the app
   • iPhone (App Store): Forsite – New
   • Android (Google Play): Forsite
   • Install the app on your phone.
2. Create your account
   • Open the app and tap Create account.
   • Select your employer/company from the list.
     If you can’t find it, only choose the option to create a new company if your company truly isn’t already using Forsite.
   • Enter your First name, Last name, Email, and Phone.
   • Submit the form.
3. Sign in
   • Check your email for a message from Forsite with a temporary password.
   • Return to the app, tap Log in, and enter your email and temporary password.
   • You’ll be asked to set a new password. Choose a new password and save it.
   • You’re done—your account is ready.

Troubleshooting

• No email with the temporary password
  • Check your spam/junk folder.
  • Make sure you entered the correct email address.
• “Email already registered”
  • You already have an account. Tap Forgot password to reset it.
• Can’t see any sites after registering
  • If you created a new company during registration, you won’t be assigned to any sites until your site manager assigns your company to them.
  • Otherwise, ask your company admin or site manager to give you access.

FAQs

Q: Can I use a personal email, or do I need a work email?
A: Work emails are preferred because your company can find and assign you faster. Personal emails are allowed.

Q: Do I need to be invited to register?
A: No. You can register yourself in the app and select your employer company during sign-up.

Q: I can’t remember my password. What do I do?
A: Use Forgot password on the app’s home screen. We’ll email you a reset link.
