Overview

Create your own Forsite account and company directly from the website. Signup has two steps: create your account, then create your company. Once your company exists you land in the Forsite Portal on the Essentials licence, and the Forsite Advisor guides you through setup.

Steps

1. Start signup
   • Go to getforsite.com and click Sign up.
2. Create your account
   • Enter your name, work email address, and a password.
   • Complete the quick security check if prompted.
   • Use your real work email. Temporary or disposable email addresses are not accepted.
3. Verify your email
   • We send a confirmation code to your email. Enter it to verify your account.
4. Create your company
   • Enter your company name and details, then continue.
   • You become the first Company Administrator for your company.
5. Land in the Portal
   • Your Essentials licence starts automatically.
   • The Forsite Advisor opens with a setup checklist and guided tours to walk you through your first site, inductions, and check-in.

Troubleshooting

• I did not receive the confirmation code → Check your spam folder and confirm the email address is correct. You can request a new code from the verification screen.
• My email address was rejected → Disposable and temporary email domains are blocked. Use your company email address.
• The security check will not pass → Refresh the page and try again. If you are on a corporate network, a strict firewall or VPN can interfere; try another connection.
• I verified my email but never finished creating my company → Sign back in with the same email and password. Signup resumes where you left off.

FAQs

Do I need a credit card to sign up?
No. You can sign up and set up your company first. Billing details are managed later under Settings → Billing & Licenses.

What does the Essentials licence include?
Essentials covers the core platform for your sites: check-in, site inductions, and site management, with optional add-ons available as you grow. See the pricing page for current inclusions.

My company already uses Forsite. Should I sign up?
No. Ask your Company Administrator to invite you instead, so you join the existing company rather than creating a duplicate.

Can I invite my team straight away?
Yes. Once your company is created, go to Settings → Team Members to invite admins and staff.
