Overview

Add your first site so contractors can check in, complete inductions, and see site information. When you create a site it is covered by your Essentials licence automatically.

Steps

1. Open Sites
   • Go to Sites and click [+ Add Site].
2. Enter the site details
   • Enter the site name and full address (street, city, postcode, country).
3. Set the geofence
   • Search for the address so the map centres on the property.
   • Adjust the centre point and radius so the circle covers the site. Use at least a 50 m radius to allow for GPS accuracy.
4. Save
   • The site appears in your Sites list and is attached to your licence. Your Setup Progress checklist updates automatically.
5. Keep going
   • Use the Site Setup Template wizard to configure the site's induction, audit, and check-in settings in one pass, or configure each area manually.

Troubleshooting

• I cannot see the add-site button → You need Manage permission for Sites. Contact your Company Administrator.
• The map centres on the wrong place → Re-search the address, then move the centre point manually.
• Contractors near the entrance are not detected on site → Widen the geofence radius slightly so entrances are not on the edge of the boundary.

FAQs

Does adding a site cost extra?
Sites are covered by your licence. You can review what each site contributes to your bill under Settings → Billing & Licenses.

Can I change the address or geofence later?
Yes, under Sites → [select site] → Settings. If you change the address, re-check the geofence still fits the property.

Run the Site Setup Template wizard, then upload site information documents and assign your templates.
