Q: What radius should I use for the geofence?
A: Use at least 50 m from the centre point and widen slightly to account for GPS accuracy and entrances near the edge.
Q: Do address changes automatically fix the geofence?
A: No. After changing the address, review and adjust the geofence centre point and radius as needed, then Save.
Q: Which documents should I upload under Site Information?
A: Typical inclusions are Site Plans, Evacuation Plans, Asbestos/Hazardous Material Registers, Hazard & Risk Registers, and WHS Plans for that site.
Q: Who can change a site’s configuration?
A: Only users with Manage permission for Sites. Or Company Administrators
Q: When will contractors see updated documents?
A: Once you Save the upload under Site Information, contractors assigned to the site can access them via the app and during their induction.
