Complete your site’s induction in the Forsite Contractor App before you start work. Inductions can differ from site to site, so follow the on-screen steps carefully.

Steps (in the app)

1. Open the app and go to Documents.
2. Tap Inductions.
   • You’ll see two tabs: To Be Completed and Valid (your completed inductions).
3. Search for the site name.
4. Start the induction
   • Tap the site name to begin.
5. Read everything
   • Review all content and related documents (e.g., site plans, hazard registers, asbestos surveys).
6. Confirm your details
   • Your details are auto-filled from the app. Double-check your email is correct.
   • If you work for multiple companies, select the correct contractor company from the dropdown.
7. Sign and submit
   • Add your signature at the bottom.
   • Tap Submit to finish.
8. Find your completed induction
   • Go back to Inductions and open the Valid tab to view it later.

Troubleshooting

• I can’t find my site
  • Check spelling in Search.
  • If your company was just created during registration, you won’t see sites until your site manager assigns your company to them.
• I can’t start or submit the induction
  • Make sure every section is read/acknowledged, all questions are answered, and any required documents are uploaded.
• My details are wrong
  • Go back and correct your email or company selection before you sign and submit.

Q: Where do I see my completed induction?
A: Go to Documents → Inductions → Valid.

Q: I work for multiple companies. Which should I choose?
A: Select the company you’re working under for that site from the dropdown before you submit.

Q: Do inductions look the same across all sites?
A: No. Each site’s induction can differ. Always read the content and documents provided.

Q: What if my company is new and I can’t see any sites?
A: If you created a new company during registration, you won’t be assigned to any sites until your site manager assigns your company to them.
