Overview

Use the Dashboard to see who’s on site, their compliance status, and to take action when needed.

Reading the data (Timeline)

  • When it starts/ends: A timeline starts when a contractor is detected inside the geofence and ends when they leave the geofence.
  • Update cadence: Data updates every 15 minutes or when you refresh the page.
  • Colour states:
    • Green – Valid induction and checked in.
    • Orange – Valid induction, detected on site, not checked in.
    • RedNo valid induction.
  • Event stamps (markers):
    • Hazard register acknowledged (timestamped).
    • Proximity sensor detected (timestamped).
(These events add context but do not change the colour rules.)

Filtering data

Use the filters at the top of the Dashboard to narrow what you see:

  • Status – Filter by compliance state (Green / Orange / Red).
  • Site – Show timelines for a specific site.
  • Company – Show timelines for a specific service provider company.

Taking action (send an alert)

  1. Click a timeline to open its details dialog.
  2. Click Send alert.
  3. The system sends an automated email to the contractor asking them to complete their induction and confirm they are working on site.
  4. The sender is CC’d for confirmation. (Email content is fixed; no edit field.)

Troubleshooting

  • I can’t see the Dashboard or timelines
    • Access is controlled by your company admin. If you can’t view the Dashboard, contact your company admin.
  • The colours/status don’t look up to date
    • Data refreshes every 15 minutes or on manual refresh. Try refreshing the page.
  • It shows “detected on site” but not checked in (Orange)
    • The contractor is inside the geofence but hasn’t checked in yet.
  • No timeline for a contractor
    • They haven’t entered the geofence yet, or they’re not at a site you can view.
  • I sent an alert—how do I know it went out?
    • You’ll receive a CC of the automated email.

FAQs

Who can see and act on the Dashboard?
Anyone who can see the timeline can send alerts. Access is set by your company admin.

Are updates real-time?
Not fully. The Dashboard updates every 15 minutes or when you refresh the page.

Do proximity sensors affect status colours?
No. They are event markers only. Colour states are based on geofence detection + induction + check-in.

Can I edit the alert email?
No. It’s automated. The sender is CC’d for confirmation.
