Overview
Use the Dashboard to see who’s on site, their compliance status, and to take action when needed.
Reading the data (Timeline)
- When it starts/ends: A timeline starts when a contractor is detected inside the geofence and ends when they leave the geofence.
- Update cadence: Data updates every 15 minutes or when you refresh the page.
- Colour states:
- Green – Valid induction and checked in.
- Orange – Valid induction, detected on site, not checked in.
- Red – No valid induction.
- Event stamps (markers):
- Hazard register acknowledged (timestamped).
- Proximity sensor detected (timestamped).
(These events add context but do not change the colour rules.)
Filtering data
Use the filters at the top of the Dashboard to narrow what you see:
- Status – Filter by compliance state (Green / Orange / Red).
- Site – Show timelines for a specific site.
- Company – Show timelines for a specific service provider company.
Taking action (send an alert)
- Click a timeline to open its details dialog.
- Click Send alert.
- The system sends an automated email to the contractor asking them to complete their induction and confirm they are working on site.
- The sender is CC’d for confirmation. (Email content is fixed; no edit field.)
