The kiosk reads the site configuration you already have, its inductions, hazards, declarations and documents, so a walk-up completes every step. Nothing separate is set up or maintained: the kiosk works off the same site data as the app and portal.
A visitor does more than leave a name. They work through the site induction, acknowledge the live hazards and sign the declarations you require, all on the tablet at the gate, with no app to install and no account to create.
When a screen at the gate is not practical, a visitor scans a QR code and finishes the same check-in on their own phone. Useful when a queue forms at shift change, or a driver would rather not handle a shared tablet.
Beyond signing in, the kiosk handles the everyday front-gate tasks. A visitor can collect or return a key and log a delivery, each recorded against their visit, then sign out on the way past so the record closes cleanly.
A kiosk arrival is recorded as presence, exactly like any worker's. A visitor or delivery driver then shows in your live count of who is on site, the same count an evacuation muster has to match, so app users are not the only ones accounted for.
The on-site version of the kiosk prints a visitor badge on a connected label printer the moment someone checks in. Each badge shows who the visitor is and when they arrived, so your team can tell at a glance without stopping anyone at the gate. It runs on the tablet at your entry, over Bluetooth or your own network.
